"prohibition"
this is my parent's rule towards my faith in Christ: do not place it above school.
for most of you reading this, you'd probably be nodding. but, i don't agree with them. truthfully, i'm placing my faith a little bit higher than school.
and you'd probably be shaking your head now... hahaha!
i wanted to go to singapore early on 9th feb to go to james' church again. (streams of life) and i thought i would go to melbourne on 12th feb. but apparently, i cannot get a day to spend in church on 11th feb to go to church, because his religion said that 12th feb is a bad day to fly, and that it'll be best that i fly on 11th feb.
now, i so HATE fung shui. it bothers me a lot.
for your information, before i convert to be a Christian, i didn't believe in fung shui at all. i feel that it is so stupid. to sum up my thought about it: our lives are controlled by objects around you. non-living things governing the way living things (humans!) live. sounds ridiculous?
one example is the bedrooms in my house. when we start moving in, my younger brother and i shared a room, my older brother has his own room, and my parents have their own room. after the fung-shui-person came into the house, my younger brother and i have to move to my parents' room, my parents have to move to my older brother's room, and my older brother has to move to my room.
anyways, i am not here to judge other people's beliefs. i am just sharing MY thoughts about others' beliefs. sorry if i have offended anyone, but i'm just speaking the truth about my feelings. and one more thing i cannot stand, my dad HAS to pick out my gf by using zodiac signs. that means 11/12 are already automatically eliminated.
not that i'm looking for one now, but it's just the thought of having zodiacs controlling who my future wife will be... yeah... it'll be "initimate"... -.-'
